Phillip Hawkins / Fashion Designer Collection ‘The Last’ Dunedin Fashion Week / New Zealand It is loosely based around a series of photographs by Jane Kempeners, a Belgian photographer. She captured images of these amazing concrete modernist monuments which have been abandoned in desolate areas of Russia and (former) Yugoslavia. I came across these images on an in-flight magazine while on a trip back to Dunedin and was immediately captivated.
